-Commissioner will be referred to as "Customer", and Wings and Whimsy will be referred by artist, "Kyuu" for the purposes of these Terms of Service. Please read all information before submitting an email for commission.-All commissions are subject to approval by Kyuu before accepting any funds.-These are collectible art dolls intended for display by adults, and not for children to play with under any circumstances.-Kyuu is in a cat-friendly home, with some fragrances from candles and incense, please inform of any allergies, and use discretion for extreme allergies before commissioning.-Please have a full breakdown of your vision before contacting, preferably with a 3D wrap around art or description to better picture.-Plushes are made of mainly Minky Fabrics, cottons, and polyester types, depending on the project, so these are not suitable for microwave weighted pieces.-Prices are subject to complexity, materials, different sizing, and availability of materials at time of sourcing.-Payment is required before work begins, with instances over $500 USD, a payment plan can be set over a time period.-Refunds are allowed at any point before work begins, no questions asked. After work is begun, no refunds are allowed.-Quotes are available at any point, and guaranteed for a year after.-Payment is ONLY taken by Etsy at this time for tax purposes.-Customs and any fees are at the responsibility and cost of the customer/receiver, please be familiar with these amounts before working with Kyuu in the USA.-Shipping from Kyuu is free up to $20 USD, Kyuu can give an estimate before work begins of any overages.-At the moment, Kyuu is able to ship anywhere that is currently accepting packages with the USPS.-In the case of a sponsored gift customer, please be sure that your intended recipient is able to accept packages, whether through their address or a proxy.-In the cases of a sponsored gift, please have the giftee contact Kyuu to set up shipping, so addresses can be kept private for all involved.-If a package is returned to sender, it will be the customer's responsibility to repay for shipping, and Kyuu will be available to work with sending out again in most cases.-If a giftee refuses a completed gift, it will be sent to the customer instead, as Kyuu will not be able to hold products, and the plush's fate can be taken care of from there, whether donated, raffled, resold, sent to a community member, etc. If unable to send to the customer, giftee refused, and no alternatives are arranged, after 6 months of completion, Kyuu will instead donate it locally and no goods will be exchanged, and no refunds allowed.-Kyuu's products are not to be used for mass manufacturing, due to permissions with some base patterns that can be used.-For any closed species, copyrighted characters, or specifically created pieces, all patterns will be destroyed after creation.-All of Kyuu's work is OOAK, and subject to variations in construction from piece to piece.-No scents are applied directly to fabrics or plushes.-Completion time will vary by project and time frames agreed upon, please be sure to reach out to Kyuu for updates at any point. In progress photos are available at any time for customers from Kyuu.-Any in progress shots are under secrecy from Kyuu's social media until completion/shipment is complete.-No work will be done of/for a content creator that already has/had plushes available, due to possible non-compete disclosures that may be private.-These are unofficial merch, handmade by Kyuu, with no manufacturing process post fabric bolts.
